Condensate treatment

The treatment and distribution of compressed air produces condensate at various points in the system: in the compressor, during filtration and drying. To prevent it from entering the compressed air line, our condensate drains collect the polluted and environmentally harmful liquid. Accordingly, efficient condensate drains from FST increase compressed air quality and reduce energy costs through smart condensate technology.

Compressed air condensate consists of 99 % pure water. Consequently, it does not have to be disposed of as expensive hazardous waste, the treatment of condensate by special oil-water-separators is an economical solution. FST separators reliably separate oil and particles from water on a permanent basis. The result: pure water that complies with the regulations of the Water Resources Act (WHG) § 7. Our customers can now dispose of the condensate in the waste water without any worries. Condensate technology from FST is both practical and economical.

Our high-quality SEWAPAC service kits are suitable as maintenance packages for various oil-water-separators. Depending on the model, these spare parts kits contain a combination of activated carbon packs, pre- and post-filters, adsorber fillings, gloves and disposal bags.
