Condensate drain CDF – automatic & zero-loss

Automatischer Kondensatableiter der Baureihe CDF von Firma FST

The CDF automatic condensate drains remove condensate from the compressed air chain completely without losses. As standard, our customers combine these float traps with compressed air filters [link (internal): compressed air filters] in the wet area – i.e. in the area upstream of the compressed air dryer.

For small filter housings, these compressed air condensate drains can be mounted inside the filter housing to save space. For larger filter housings, they are mounted externally, below the filter housing.

Condensate drain CDE-L – electronically level-controlled & zero-loss

Elektronischer Kondensatableiter CDE der Firma FST

Our innovative, electronically level-controlled condensate drain CDE-L goes one step further: It automatically and continuously monitors the condensate produced and discharges it completely loss-free.

This advanced condensate separator is equipped with an electronic drain valve, level sensor, alarm function, automatic cleaning function and other practical features as standard.

Nom. volume flow

250–30.000 m³/h

Max. operating pressure

16 bar

Connection

G ½”–G 1”

Voltage

230 V, 50–60 Hz

Condensate drain CDE-T – electronically & time-controlled

Automatische Kondensatableiter CDE-T der Firma FST

Practical, even with operating pressures above 16 bar, our CDE-T time-controlled condensate drain separates condensates from the compressed air in fixed cycle and valve opening times. Drains of this series are usually connected externally to the condensate outlet of the compressed air filter or pressure vessel.

Nom. volume flow

2.500–48.000 m³/h

Max. operating pressure

16–500 bar

Connection

G ¼”–G 1”

Voltage

230 V, 50–60 Hz

Condensate drain CDM – manual & reliable

Manuelle Kondensatableiter CDM der Firma FST GmbH

Our manual condensate drain CDM, is a simple drain valve that is operated by hand. Today, so-called manual drains are mainly used for venting pressurised housings or for manual moisture control in places without condensate.

FST manual condensate drains have a particularly slow opening behaviour. This prevents injuries caused by compressed air escaping abruptly.

Max. opearting pressure

16–350 bar

Connection

M14–G 1”
