Oil-water-separator CSQ

The modern oil-water-separators in our CSQ series utilise the innovative principle of active separation to treat condensate efficiently and extremely hygienically.

Its cartridges are permanently flooded with water and even when saturated only reach a maximum load of 25 kg. This effectively prevents the formation of, and contact with harmful bacterial cultures. Clean and ergonomically favourable maintenance is a blessing for every service technician. Thanks to a smart, electronic control system, monitoring the CSQ oil-water-separator is child's play.

Depressurised condensate is guided through the filter cartridges with the aid of a small amount of compressed air and arrives in the collector after being purified. At the end, it can be disposed of via the clean water tank.

Oil-water-separator CSW

Zwei verschieden große Öl-Wasser-Trenner CSW der Firma FST

Our CSW series oil-water-separators are a compact unit separating oil from water – all this without any additional energy requirement. This separator efficiently adheres to the threshold set by the federal water act (WHG) while also being approved by the „Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik (DIBt)“. By the way: Freely accessible sedimentation stages make for easy maintenance.

Oil-water-separator CSJ

Öl-Wasser-Trenner CSJ der Firma FST nach dem Zweikammer-Prinzip

Our CSJ series oil-water-separators achieve impressive residual oil values of less than 10 ppm. This means they separate water and oil even more efficiently than the threshold required by § 7 of the federal water act (WGH)

In this series, we only use durable, high-performance filter elements made of polypropylene and activated carbon. Due to its high dirt holding capacity, this separator works especially economically. The filter element almost completely absorbs the oil, meaning that no additional oil tray is necessary.
Employing the 2-container-principle, the condensate consecutively flows through both containers. A float indicator indicates the filter elements‘ saturation. If need for a change arises, FST customers can simply swap the polypropylene and activated carbon bags with a new SEWAPAC-package.
