Aluminum filter FCA

FST-Druckluftfilter FCA in 7 verschiedenen Größen

Robust and durable: Our FCA threaded filter with two-part aluminium filter housing is made with double corrosion protection inside and outside. This means that moisture cannot harm it in the short term. The versatile compressed air filter efficiently removes liquid and solid particles from the compressed air. This filter housing is suitable for all common applications in industrial compressed air filtration.

Pleated filter elements ensure a low differential pressure with a consistently high intake capacity. With numerous accessory and retrofit options, the FCA series is a true jack-of-all-trades among FST filters.

Flanged filter housing FWS

FST-Flanschfilter der Baureihe FWS

First choice for large volume flows: Our FWS flange filter filters up to 30,000 m³ of compressed air per hour as standard. It removes solid, liquid and – with activated carbon filter inserts - gaseous contaminants. Its high-quality steel housing with double surface protection prevents rust formation and guarantees a long service life.

FST customers are particularly impressed by its ease of use: Thanks to the practical flange opening at the bottom of the housing, the filter elements can be replaced in a few seconds. As a compressed air filter manufacturer, we can also optionally produce the FWS filter with ANSI flanges, in stainless steel, with international vessel approvals, special coatings such as marine paint or other individual requirements.

High pressure filter housings FCA, FWS, FMA & FMS

Verschiedene Hochdruckfilter der Baureihen FCS, FWS, FMA & FWS

We offer four series of housings for high-pressure applications up to 350 bar: FCA, FWS, FMA and FMS high-pressure filters. They are all suitable for use with compressed air and technical gases.

Passivated inside and out, these high-quality filters guarantee an above-average service life. By the way: We mechanically manufacture the filter housings of the FMA and FMS series from solid material. Without cavities in the material or possible stresses, we effectively prevent bursting in the high-pressure range in this way.

Our robust high-pressure filter housings are equipped with overwind protection and internal sealing as standard. This means, we avoid pressing or overwinding the thread during the manufacturing process. Of course, we also incorporate connections for accessories and retrofit solutions in each of our high-pressure filters, e.g. differential pressure gauges or condensate drains. In this way, these compressed air filters remain sustainable in the long term.

Process filter FWP

FST-Prozessfilter FWP mit Edelstahl-Filtergehäuse

The smart filter solution when safety is the first priority. Its stainless steel filter housing makes the FWP process filter the first choice for compressed air treatment in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. 100% sterilisable, this inert process filter has no dead spaces or surfaces for bacteria or viruses to attack. Depending on the filter element used, it makes the compressed air pure to sterile.

Its filter housing meets the highest standards: manufactured in a deep-drawing process with milkpipe screw connection of upper and lower parts, there is no room for contamination. With practical threaded sockets on both parts, the filter housing can be easily and hygienically ventilated. Optionally, we also manufacture the process filters from stainless steel 1.4505.
