In addition to long-life compressed air spare parts, FST offers sophisticated maintenance packages, in the form of service kits. In our comprehensive range, customers will find everything they need for economical and durable compressed air applications.

Graduated maintenance packages, efficient desiccant and activated carbon packages noticeably simplify maintenance and servicing. Service-Kits

Others call them maintenance packages or repair kits. At FST we work with "service kits". Each kit contains all the spare parts that our customers need for continuous and failure-free operation of their respective compressed air system.

Our Service-Kits: Desiccant- and Activated carbon packages

FST offers three different service kits as spare parts packages in addition to our main service-kits: SEDAPAC or SEDAFILL desiccant or activated carbon packages as well as SEWAPAC maintenance kits for oil-water-separators. Additionally, FST offers single spare parts for all kinds of compressed air applications.

The aim of the FST service concept is to quickly and easily identify the appropriate service kit for the respective treatment component. This makes it easy to assign them to the scheduled maintenance cycle; it couldn't be simpler.

Only one service kit is needed per maintenance cycle. Our well designed maintenance packages are suitable for preventive maintenance as well as for repairs and general overhauls. Good to know: Our service kits and maintenance cycles meet the high quality standards of FST and our proven suppliers.

This is how our service concept works

Our service concept for various compressed air and technical gas systems covers a total cycle of 48 months. Intermediate maintenance is carried out every 12 months.

After 12 months

The first service kit after an operating period of 12 months usually contains all mechanical wear parts, e.g. for the operation of an adsorption dryer or another FST product.

After 24 months

After 24 months of continuous operation, the service kit provided is more extensive, as spare parts for the main valves are replaced, among other things.

After 36 months

Practical: After 36 months in operation, the 12-month kit is used again: all mechanical wear and spare parts are renewed.

After 48 months

Now a general overhaul is due: after 48 months of operation, all relevant components that are subject to wear are replaced. Among other things, all necessary seals for a desiccant change are now also serviced.
